How Does It Work?
While in line, each attendee signs up via a custom branded sign-up form. We collect each attendee’s name and email, but can also capture any demographics you’d like to collect.
When it’s their turn, the shoot takes 1-2 minutes and the attendees can see their images as they’re taken. Each attendee usually receives 6-12 headshots.
Each attendee immediately receives a private, branded gallery where they can share those headshots right away. Detail retouches can also be purchased.

This depends on the event format and headshot booth visibility. The most we can accommodate during a single day is 300 per headshot booth.
First Come, First Serve Line – ensures that your headshot booth will be popular, as the traffic generates attention and makes your booth a center of activity on the floor. Maximum capacity: 30 attendees/hour
Appointments – allows attendees to schedule appointments for specific times. Perfect for VIP lounges or luncheon specials. Guests can sign up for an appointment before or during the event. 20 attendees/hour
Our footprint is flexible. An ideal footprint for a headshot booth is 10×20, and we generally request a minimum of 10×10 space, but we’ve been known to get smaller, and we can also fill a larger space!

We will place your branding on custom data capture signup forms, individual attendee gallery headers, emails with options for marketing slides/videos, custom backdrops or even a client-provided custom wall

We bring pretty much all of the staff and all of the equipment needed to activate an amazing headshot experience; all we need you to provide is:

Basic service doesn’t include retouching. We deliver color-graded images that look fantastic. You can opt for two levels of retouching, including instant retouching via add-ons or even let the participants choose to purchase retouching directly in their gallery with no added work on your end.
